RESEARCH METHODS
For this project, my team and I conducted a Literature Review, Survey, Semi-Structured Interviews (with art organization leaders in Atlanta & BIPOC Visual Artists), Focus Group, and a Competitive Analysis to identify the core needs of BIPOC Artists. Findings from these methods have been synthesized into the Affinity mapping session and defined user needs.

DESIGN DIRECTION CONCEPT
After reviewing our sketch feedback sessions, we elected to move forward with "The Board" because we felt most inspired by the feedback we received from this concept. After discussing this concept with our Faculty Advisor and peers, we considered adding an external component to promote this.

USABILITY TESTING
After adding prototype interactions to our low-fidelity prototype, we asked four BIPOC Visual Artists to navigate through three core functions inside of 'The Board'.
Task 1: Navigate to an event pin within the Map page.
Task 2: Locate a Call for Artists within the Bulletin page.
Task 3: Find something to purchase within the Marketplace page.
