Research Methods
For this project, I acted as both a User Experience Researcher and a Product Designer. At the initiation of this project, we completed a Stakeholder Walkthrough, User Interviews, Expert Evaluation, and a Competitive Analysis. After conducting these we were able to make Personas, User Flow Diagrams, Service Blue Prints, and Affinity Maps.

The following Affinity Map was generated through three rounds of user interviews with franchise owners and accounts receivable members from Merry Maids and ServiceMaster Restore.
